OUR PRODUCTS
All Bebe Dulce products are handmade or hand altered. Slight imperfections are what make each item special not manufacturing defects. Slight fraying and fading are intended characteristics. If for any reason you believe your product is defective, please contact us and we will be happy to help you. Colors shown on the website may vary due to computer monitor settings.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Bebe Dulce loves to customize any order we can. If you would like a custom order of any of our products or would like for us to make a custom product for you, please email us and we will be happy to help you create something fabulous!

RETURNS
Bebe Dulce always hopes that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days after you receive your product and we will be happy to issue a refund. If it is past 14 days we can issue a Bebe Dulce credit. If your product is defective in any way, please contact us and we will replace your product or issue a refund.

SHIPPING
Bebe Dulce ships all products via USPS or UPS. If you have special shipping requests, please email us within 24 hours of the time your order is placed and we will try to accommodate your request. All products are anticipated to ship within 2-7 days from the order date.
